Admissions

  • Must be at least18 years of age
  • Medically and mentally stable
  • Primary diagnosis of chemical dependency
  • If pregnant, due date must be a minimum of three months after anticipated discharge date
  • Interview required if not referred by state agency
  • Appointment required (scheduled, Monday through Thursday, 9a.m. – 2p.m.)
  • Urinalysis
  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security card
  • Driver’s license or state issued ID
  • Prescription medications must be labeled by a licensed pharmacy.
  • All prescriptions and over the counter medications are secured and made available according to state regulations.
  • Only one earring per earlobe is permitted.
  • Other body piercing rings or studs cannot be worn.
  • Excessive earrings are prohibited.
  • While in treatment, no new body piercing or tattoos.
  • The purchase of energy drinks is not allowed.

  • Contact solution (sealed)
  • Prescription medications with pharmacy leaflets and enough to cover stay
  • Cigarettes (optional)

Not Allowed

  • Cellular phones/pagers
  • Computers/laptops
  • PDAs
  • Camera/tape recorder
  • Televisions
  • Electronic items with video capability
  • Any music playback equipment to include iPods
  • MP3 and CD players
  • Video tapes or DVDs
  • radios
  • Flammable items (such as candles, lighter fluid)
  • Weapons of any type
  • Reading material or devices
  • Food
  • Energy drinks
  • Clothing and accessories which promote or glamorize alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling, occult or sex
Clothing (enough for 7-10 days) that includes the following:

  • Tops (no tank tops)
  • Slacks (proper fit)
  • Shorts or capris
  • Dresses or skirts
  • Shoes (at least one pair of closed toed shoes)
  • Socks
  • Belt
  • Undergarments
  • Sleepwear/robe
