Residential Treatment Admission Criteria & Pricing

$150.00 a day per adult
$175.00 a day per woman with one or two children.

  • 30, 60, 90 day intensive treatment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Medically Stable.
  • Primary Diagnosis of chemical dependency/abuse.
  • If diagnosed with a co-occurring psychiatric disorder, must
    be stabilized sufficiently to fully participate in the program.

RESIDENTIAL ADMISSION / SCREENING

  • A Face-to-Face or telephone screening is required prior to admission.
  • Screening is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Admissions MUST be scheduled, and are normally done Monday
    through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • Pregnant women must have Medicaid or other insurance for
    medical needs.

RESIDENTIAL ADMISSION DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Medical / Physical Exam must be completed within 72 hours
    (locally) or 96 hours (remote) of admission.
  • Documentation of a tuberculosis (TB) test completed within
    the last 12 months.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Drivers License or state issued ID card.
  • UA and/or Breathalyzer will be done upon admission

Items That CAN Be Brought

  • Phone Card,
  • Toilet Articles, some items may be required to be locked up.
  • Clothing & Shoes,
  • Personal Linens,
  • Pillow,
  • Bible,
  • AA Big Book

Items That CANNOT Be Brought

  • Weapons of any kind,
  • Cameras, Cell Phones, Pagers
  • Laptop Computers,
  • Alcohol or Mood Altering Addictive Chemicals,
  • Video Tapes,
  • Personal Radios,
  • Walkmans,
  • Cassette Players,
  • Tapes or CD Players
  • " No spaghetti straps, short shorts or clothing and accessories which promote or glamorize alcohol, drugs, tobacco,
    gambling, occult, or sex are prohibited.

SPECIAL NOTES:

All prescriptions and over the counter medications are locked up by the staff and made available according to regulations. No prescriptions can be received without a copy of a prescription.
