Residential Treatment Admission Criteria & Pricing
$150.00 a day per adult
$175.00 a day per woman with one or two children.
  
- 30, 60, 90 day intensive treatment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Medically Stable.
- Primary Diagnosis of chemical dependency/abuse.
- If diagnosed with a co-occurring psychiatric disorder, must
be stabilized sufficiently to fully participate in the program.
RESIDENTIAL ADMISSION / SCREENING
- A Face-to-Face or telephone screening is required prior to admission.
- Screening is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Admissions MUST be scheduled, and are normally done Monday
through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Pregnant women must have Medicaid or other insurance for
medical needs.
RESIDENTIAL ADMISSION DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Medical / Physical Exam must be completed within 72 hours
(locally) or 96 hours (remote) of admission.
- Documentation of a tuberculosis (TB) test completed within
the last 12 months.
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Drivers License or state issued ID card.
- UA and/or Breathalyzer will be done upon admission

- Phone Card,
- Toilet Articles, some items may be required to be locked up.
- Clothing & Shoes,
- Personal Linens,
- Pillow,
- Bible,
- AA Big Book
Items That CANNOT Be Brought
- Weapons of any kind,
- Cameras, Cell Phones, Pagers
- Laptop Computers,
- Alcohol or Mood Altering Addictive Chemicals,
- Video Tapes,
- Personal Radios,
- Walkmans,
- Cassette Players,
- Tapes or CD Players
- " No spaghetti straps, short shorts or clothing and accessories which promote or glamorize alcohol, drugs, tobacco,
gambling, occult, or sex are prohibited.
SPECIAL NOTES:
All prescriptions and over the counter medications are locked up by the staff and made available according to regulations. No prescriptions can be received without a copy of a prescription. |
