Take IH-35 South through Temple and take Midway Drive, Exit 297, to the right.
Turn right at the light signal going between Diamond Shamrock and the Tranum car dealership.
At the four- way stop turn left onto Charter Oaks Drive.
After driving 1 mile south, taking the curve under the railroad track and then take an immediate extreme right turn (45* angle) onto Riverside Trail.
There will be 4 farm houses on the left and then our two-column brick entrance identified by 3804, a bit hidden by photenia bushes.
Our driveway is blacktopped and is the fifth driveway. You will not see the office which is the first building after entering the gate.
Come in the white front double doors and turn left to the office.
